Jakarta, March 13, 2026 – PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk (“REAL”) is strengthening its business expansion in the property sector by entering into a strategic partnership with PT Ardias Bayu Pratama (“Riscon Group”) to develop subsidized housing projects for low-income communities (MBR).
This collaboration was marked by a groundbreaking ceremony for the housing project located in the Grand Riscon Darmaga Housing Complex, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency, West Java, on land owned by Riscon Group. The groundbreaking was attended by management from PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk and PT Ardias Bayu Pratama as a symbol of the project’s commencement.
“This synergy is a strategic step for the Company to expand its property development portfolio, particularly in driving business expansion in the housing sector for the MBR segment, which has very high demand in Indonesia,” said Aulia Firdaus, CEO of REAL, in his opening remarks.
Aulia added that through a Joint Operation Scheme (KSO), this project is designed to optimize the strengths of each party while capitalizing on the high demand for affordable housing in Indonesia. According to him, the subsidized housing development program also opens up significant growth opportunities for property developers, given the high unmet housing needs in Indonesia. With this market potential, MBR housing development is seen as having long-term growth prospects and the potential to make a positive contribution to the Company’s business.
Under this partnership, REAL is responsible for the construction of infrastructure and residential units, while Riscon Group provides the development land and handles the marketing and sales of the units. This partnership structure is expected to accelerate the project’s implementation while optimizing the monetization potential of the development.
In addition to aiming to expand the Company’s property development portfolio, this strategic move also serves as tangible proof of REAL’s commitment to supporting the program to build 3 million homes for the Indonesian people, as announced by the Prabowo Subianto administration. Through this collaboration, the Company seeks to play an active role in accelerating the provision of decent and affordable housing for the public, while simultaneously strengthening the Company’s future project development pipeline.
“We are optimistic that this collaboration will not only support the government’s program but also contribute positively to the Company’s future performance growth,” explained Aulia.
On the same occasion, Ari Tri Priyono, CEO of Riscon Group and Chairman of the Association of Affordable Housing Developers (Himperra) for the 2023–2027 term, expressed optimism about this partnership, “With our experience in developing housing for low-income groups and the support of Repower as a strategic partner, we are confident that this housing project at Grand Riscon Darmaga will proceed smoothly and provide tangible benefits to those in need of affordable housing.”
Through this collaboration, REAL and Riscon Group hope to continue actively participating in supporting the fulfillment of national housing needs, particularly in the rapidly developing Jabodetabek region, while simultaneously strengthening the Company’s position in the affordable housing development sector in Indonesia.
