Jakarta, Friday, August 05, 2022 – Property issuer, PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk (REAL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a business development research company from Japan that concentrates on the Indonesian market, namely Indonesia Soken Co., Ltd. The signing was carried out in order to attract investment from Japanese investors for property development in Indonesia.
The signing of the Repower collaboration with Indonesia Soken was carried out on Friday (05/08/2022) at the Graha Repower Asia Building, Jalan Warung Buncit Raya, South Jakarta, represented by the President Director of PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk Aulia Firdaus with the CEO of Indonesia Soken Albertus Prasetyo Heru Nugroho , also attended by Director of PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk Sjafardamsah and Japanese Education Head Indonesia Soken Matsumoto Shiori.
“With this collaboration, it means that the property business in Indonesia is still considered attractive by foreign investors, especially Japanese investors, so this is a great opportunity for the growth of the property market in Indonesia,” said Aulia Firdaus.

Albertus on the same occasion added that along with improving economic growth, the need for quality housing has also increased rapidly, even now the number of housing backlogs has almost reached 13 million. Therefore, this collaboration is a great opportunity for Japanese investors to contribute through investment in the property sector in order to create a quality life for Indonesian people.
