Jakarta, Wednesday, March 4, 2026 – Real estate company PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk (Stock Code: REAL) continues to strengthen its business strategy by partnering with Madinah Group Indonesia (MFlash) to develop a property-based ecosystem of devices and telecommunications solutions.
The collaboration was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) titled “Property for Device and Telco Solution,” which took place on Tuesday (March 3, 2026) at Graha Repower Asia in Jakarta. The agreement was signed by Aulia Firdaus, CEO of Repower, and Deni Darmawan, CEO of Madinah Group Indonesia.
“This collaboration is a strategic step for the Company to optimize the utilization of property assets while creating potential recurring income from a new business ecosystem integrated with the technology and telecommunications sectors,” said Aulia during the signing ceremony.
Furthermore, Aulia added that through this partnership, Repower and Madinah Group Indonesia will explore business opportunities in the fields of devices and telecommunications solutions by leveraging the Company’s property assets. One of the initial initiatives of this collaboration is the development of technology retail stores.
The initial location for the store is planned to be in the Pejaten Office Park area, South Jakarta. The store will operate under the “Real MFlash” brand and become part of the dozens of technology retail chains within the Madinah Group Indonesia ecosystem.
This step also reflects Repower’s strategy in developing a property business model that focuses not only on area development but also on optimizing asset utilization through various supporting business lines with the potential to generate sustainable revenue.
Additionally, the Company reaffirms its commitment to strengthening Good Corporate Governance. Repower has settled all administrative fines previously imposed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This step is part of the Company’s efforts to continuously improve regulatory compliance and strengthen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles in conducting business activities.
